Terms of Service in Beaumont, CA 92223

Last Updated: 10/29/2026

What Portable Toilet Rental Covers—and What It Does Not

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to portable toilet rental services California Toilet Rentals agrees to provide in Beaumont, CA. A written quote or order should identify the equipment, delivery and pickup dates, service frequency, placement address, and any agreed servicing.

Customers must provide safe access and accurate site details. Construction customers remain responsible for meeting applicable sanitation obligations, including OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and Cal/OSHA Title 8, Section 1526.

Accessible facilities are subject to the 2010 ADA Standards, including Sections 213 and 604, where applicable. Customers should confirm temporary restroom rules for Beaumont special event permits and right-of-way placement rules for encroachment permits.

Separate written approval is required for added equipment, extra servicing, restroom trailers, waste hauling, or other work not listed in the order. We do not authorize wastewater discharges that violate the California Water Code.

Waste classification and disposal requirements may involve California hazardous waste rules and relevant agencies, including Riverside County Environmental Health, California DIR/Cal/OSHA, the State Water Resources Control Board, or the EPA.

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancelling Service

Appointments are scheduled after California Toilet Rentals confirms the requested equipment, service location, access details, and dates. A requested delivery or pickup time is not confirmed until we accept it.

Please give notice as early as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, change the quantity, or revise the service frequency. Any cancellation fee or other charge must be stated in your quote or order; these terms do not create a fee that has not been disclosed.

Changes may affect availability, timing, or the quoted amount. We will explain the effect and request your approval before proceeding with added work.

A scope change means a requested alteration to the equipment or services originally agreed upon. Site conditions, restricted access, inaccurate directions, or unsafe placement may prevent the scheduled work; we will contact you to discuss reasonable next steps.

Weather, road conditions, permit requirements, and other circumstances outside our control may also affect timing. Keep your contact details current so we can coordinate updates.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment Approval

A quote describes the equipment and services California Toilet Rentals expects to provide based on the details you supply. It may include delivery, pickup, rental duration, servicing, and other agreed items.

Ask questions before accepting if an item or charge is unclear. A quote is not a confirmed order until you approve it and we confirm availability and scheduling.

Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in the quote, invoice, or order; no specific price or payment schedule is promised by these terms alone. You are responsible for paying the agreed charges by the stated due date.

If you request additional equipment, visits, or other work, we will explain any added charge and obtain approval before proceeding, except where immediate action is needed to address a safety issue and the law permits it. Report billing concerns promptly and include the invoice or order details.

Taxes, if applicable, will be shown as required. A change in site conditions or customer instructions may require a revised quote.

Service Quality and Warranty Limits

California Toilet Rentals will provide the services listed in the accepted order with reasonable care. These terms do not promise a particular warranty period, performance level, or result beyond what is expressly stated in a written quote or separate agreement.

If you believe equipment was not delivered as agreed or service was missed, contact us promptly with the service address, date, and a description of the issue so we can review it. Any correction or other remedy will depend on the order, the facts, and applicable law.

Coverage or a requested remedy may not apply to problems caused by misuse, damage by others, unauthorized movement, blocked access, unsuitable site conditions, or failure to follow reasonable operating instructions. Do not attempt repairs that could create a safety risk; contact us instead.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. For a specific written warranty, rely on the terms provided with the applicable order rather than assuming that a general warranty duration applies.

Responsibility for Site Risks and Losses

To the extent allowed by law, California Toilet Rentals’ responsibility for a claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unsafe access, unauthorized equipment movement, or damage caused by third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Customers must identify hazards and obtain required permissions for placement.

Construction customers remain responsible for their own duties under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and Cal/OSHA Title 8, Section 1526. Applicable accessible toilet requirements include the 2010 ADA Standards, Sections 213 and 604.

Customers should verify Beaumont special event and encroachment permit requirements before placement. Wastewater must not be discharged in violation of the California Water Code; applicable disposal rules may require waste classification. These references do not replace legal advice or shift a party’s statutory duties.

Questions, Notices, and Policy Changes

For questions about these terms or an order, contact California Toilet Rentals at (844) 402-2049 or [email protected]. Mail may be sent to 635 Veile Ave, Beaumont, CA 92223.

Include your name, service address, and quote or invoice details so we can identify the matter. We may revise these terms from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted or provided through a reasonable communication channel, such as email or a revised order document. The version that applies to a service will depend on the terms provided or accepted for that order and applicable law.

Changes do not automatically alter a completed order unless both parties agree or the law requires it. Please review any updated terms before placing a new order, and contact us if you need clarification.

If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
